The Yale Openlab team started to transcribe the Paris Agreement into an Ethereum-based Solidity smart contract to explore three use-cases: 1) a digital transformation of the reporting process itself 2) the creation of utility tokens as an accounting mechanism to keep records based on two variables: whether the countries reported and whether they achieved their NDC pledge. 3) a parallel mechanism involving a reward/penalty mechanism.

Task: Review the smart contract, improve it in regards to the first use-case of automation, and develop the tokenization mechanism. Finally, propose the integration of the smart contract within the OpenClimate platform ecosystem.
